About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support the NOV Wellsite Services team and business operations across Western Europe. Based in Coevorden, Netherlands, this role provides administrative, logistical, and customer support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will manage communication channels, process inquiries and orders through ERP systems, and assist in logistics and internal purchasing.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with NOV’s QHSE and ISO standards and contribute to the ongoing success of a small, dedicated, and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact via phone and email for internal and external inquiries.
- Manage inquiry and order processing using the ERP system.
- Coordinate logistics, including shipping arrangements and communication with customers for collection.
- Support inventory management, adjustments, and internal purchasing for customer orders.
- Contribute to maintaining ISO and QHSE standards within the team.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, workshop, and field engineering teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Additional Responsibilities (as needed):
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
- Support customer and internal reporting.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration or a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- VMBO/MBO level education.
- VCA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
- Working knowledge of German is an asset.
