Skills & Experience
- Data model design following best practice.
- Confident communication skills to work alongside client stakeholders of all levels.
- Wider Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps, Power Automate, DataVerse).
- Azure Modern Data Platform knowledge (Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks).
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Power BI Embedded and Custom Visual Development.
About You
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder.
- Resilient, adaptable, flexible.
- Intellectually curious and passionate about tech.
- Convincing storyteller and engaging content creator.
What You’ll Do
- Shape approaches for governance and deployment of Power BI in medium and large organizations, including advising on licensing, distribution/sharing, training, support, and best practices.
- Design effective BI data models, layouts, and designs ensuring optimal user experience. Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
