Vacancy: Senior Product Delivery Manager
As part of the new Product Category Management department, the Senior Product Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Intergas’ products and services roadmaps. They translate the strategies and priorities of the Product Category Managers (PCM) for Boilers, Digital, and Hybrid Solutions into projects that build upon the company’s expertise through cross-functional project teams. The PDM plans and monitors the execution of these projects so the teams deliver milestones on time and within budget.

The PDM has a pivotal role in positioning the new Product Category Management department within the organization, defining processes and ways of collaborating with Innovation, Engineering, and Product Management in the local commercial organizations. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery, the PDM manages the planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders. The Senior PDM gets the support from a junior PDM and reports to the Product Category Management Team Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager who knows how to get results in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders. Excellent at multi-tasking and communication, highly organized and energetic, they identify opportunities and threats early on and think out of the box to come up with solutions and innovative approaches that serve Intergas and its stakeholders.
