Join our Advisory team, collaborating with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on technology’s role in business outcomes.
As a key player in our Workplace Experience Advisory Practice, you will develop employee-centric experiences, support leadership on client engagements, and drive cultural change. You will also help identify and implement workplace experience propositions, assist with sales efforts, and deliver client presentations. Ability to provide insights from a range of industry experiencesFamiliarity with operating model and organisation designProficiency in culture change centred on innovation and/or digitalKnowledge of digital platforms to promote staff and supplier/partner engagementExpertise in defining high-level enterprise digital architecturesExperience selling large, integrated workplace/employee experience solutions
